We are a home school family that loves to make learning fun and are always in search of finding new ways to accomplish this. "The Press Room" is one way we hope to make learning fun. Not only will this blog help with our writing and typing skills, but through it we also hope to meet new people that we can share and "report" about life with.

Can't wait to see what the boys write! Definitely a fun idea! If I were still in the classroom I would seriously consider starting a class blog! I had considered it back when I taught 2nd grade but was nervous about students being on the internet. Now that several years have past and blogging is more familiar I think I would do it now! I think when students know they have an audience they are more apt to write!!
